We have a few updates to share regarding transportation. We would like to thank you for your cooperation as we work through the kinks.
Student drop off time for Pre-K through 12th Grade is 7:20 AM. The front doors will remain locked until then. Only students who attend the YMCA before school program will be allowed entry through the buzz-in system.
When it is time to begin drop off, the doors will be open with staff standing by the doors. Do not drop off your child until a school staff member is present. Students will not be allowed to congregate at the front entrance.
Remain in your vehicle for drop off and pick up. If you have items to unload, we ask that you park in a designated parking spot to do so.
Pick up begins at 3:40PM. Parents should not congregate by the front door for pick up at the end of the day. You will be asked to return to your vehicle before your student will exit the building.
If you have a child needing to be buckled into a car seat we ask that you pick up your child in the pick up line then pull into a parking spot to buckle them in to keep the flow of traffic moving.

First Day of School is right around the corner! Classes start on Tuesday, August 24! Due to continuing construction projects at the high school, all student drivers will be required to park in the student lot south of the middle school building.
Huge Shoutout to all the parents and student-athletes who attended the Athletic Meeting tonight! Great to see such a large crowd investing in the commitment to Excellence that is Clopton Hawk Athletics! One Team, One School, One Family.

Back-To-School Immunization Reminders: All new kindergarten students must provide a complete set of immunization records prior to school starting. All incoming 8th grade students must provide proof of their Tdap and Meningitis vaccine all Seniors must provide proof of their Meningitis vaccine. Students must be compliant with Missouri state law in order to attend school.
Where in the World is the Hawks Evans Family?
The Evans family traveled to Breckenridge and Estes Park, CO. They rode a side by side up to the top of the mountains and went to Rocky Mountains National Park. You would not find me standing where Tessa is!!!! What a view though.
Where in the World is the Hawks Magruder Family?
The Magruder girls traveled to Steelville for a float trip and camping. They also visited the St. Louis Aquarium. Looks like a nice way to stay cool.

Where in the World are the Hawks Kuntz/Hupper Families?
Both families traveled to Hilton Head Island, SC. There they fished , parasailed, shopped and watched for dolphins. Looks like they had some great family time on the beach!!!
We still have a couple weeks left of summer vacation. Keep sending those photos.
Where in the World is the Hawk's Lovell family?
Hawk's repin' on vacation. Bonus Points for wearing Hawk gear!!!
The Lovell's traveled to Elephant Rock State Park. They enjoyed hiking, large rock viewing and floating on the Black River. It was Hailey's fist time on a kayak.

Where in the World is the Hawks McGuire family?
Leah and family traveled to Corinth, MS to visit the Coca Cola Museum. The family also traveled to Decatur, AL and Savannah, TN. Leah enjoyed visiting a water park while in Decatur, practicing her golf swing and eating frozen yogurt with lots of fun toppings.
Where in the World is the Hawks Stribling family?
The Stribling family traveled to Gulf Shores, Alabama. The kids enjoyed crab hunting, the beach and a boat ride to see dolphins. Looks like they all had fun!!!

Where in the World is the Hawks Hammett family?
Jena and Kara traveled to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. They enjoyed swimming, great food and fun drinks. They also met a new feathered friend. What an exciting adventure!!

Where in the World is the Hawks Steinhage family?
The Steinhage's traveled to Mountain Home, Arkansas to visit the White River Dam and Bull Shoals Lake. They fished, swam, tubed and water skied. Sounds like they were able to cool down in this intense heat.

Where in the World is the Braungardt family?
Amelia and Violet did quite a bit of traveling this summer to Lincoln's boyhood home in Indiana, Lincoln's birthplace in Kentucky, The Smokey Mountains and The Biltmore in Asheville, North Carolina. The girls had lots of fun spotting bears. Lots of learning happening on this trip, Love it!!!

Where in the World is the Zimmerman Family?
Bryce and family recently traveled to Lake Tahoe. Gorgeous view!!! They did white water rafting on the Truckee River Yosemite National Park. Bryce was very excited to try In and Out Burger for the first time. They were able to visit parts of both California and Nevada.
